"Cheryl is not only an outstanding realtor she is also an outstanding referral agent. In 2019 my husband and I, who were living in Massachusetts at the time, reached out to our longtime personal friend Cheryl to help us find a local realtor on Hilton Head Island SC, who could help us determine whether buying a retirement home there was feasible or desirable. Within hours Cheryl had interviewed three agents and put us in touch with the wonderful Lorena Best, who took us out to view properties the very next day. Within days we started the purchase process, which Lorena navigated for us diligently, kindly and, with skill and efficiency. A few weeks later, we had our beautiful retirement home! In 2022 Cheryl came through again, when we decided it was time to sell our condo in Cambridge MA. Again she interviewed potential local agents and within hours put us in touch with the amazing Tracy Boehme, who not only marketed the property but arranged the preparation and staging of the condo, drawing upon her considerable stable of contacts to facilitate quality work with incredible efficiency. She did this for us almost single-handedly, as my husband and I were at our retirement home most of the time and were not equipped to deal with contractors etc. in Massachusetts. When all was said and done the property went on the market a week ahead of schedule. After two open houses the following weekend we had six bids, all of which were over our asking price. Thanks to Tracy’s negotiating skills we closed on the property (represented by a real estate attorney recommended by Tracy) a few weeks later with a minimum of fuss or drama. So - not only is Cheryl herself an outstanding realtor who provides top notch care and service for her own clients, she also has a wonderful knack for identifying top notch colleagues around the country that will be a good fit for the clients who reach out to her for advice.
